Over the past years our customers have really enjoys our sauces and have asked to buy them as a take home item. We thought about it and started doing it on small scale with just a few sauces and it grew into so much more. Our sauces are jarred and pasteurized for an expended shelf life.
The sauces are all natural and are truly made and packaged in the restaurant. We do not use a packer or a 3rd party processing company so we can control all aspects of the process.
The tomatoes we use are premium California tomatoes with natural sweetness from the tomato. We never add sugar because of the high quality of raw products.
Currently we offer-
Marinara sauce- Tomato, fresh onion, fresh garlic, fresh basil, EVOO and salt.
Bolognaise sauce- Tomato, fresh ground beef, onions, carrots, celery, fresh basil, Evoo, fresh
herbs and salt. Slow cooked for 5 hours.
Old Time Ragu- Tomato, chunks of fresh beef and pork, onions, garlic, fresh basil and salt.
Slow cooked for 5 hours to insure meat and tender and flavored sauce.
Arrabiatta- Tomato, onions, garlic, fresh basil, Evoo, spicy pepper flakes and salt.
Tripe- Tomato, tripe, onions, celery, carrots, linquica sausage, Evoo, herbs, salt and spicy
Homemade Jams- Wild Blueberry, Raspberry, Strawberry and Spiced Peach (with nutmeg and cinnamon)
Cowboy Candy- Cowboy candy is a sweet and sour pickled spicy peppers.
Traditional Cowboy Candy- Jalapeno peppers- 4000-6000 Scoville units of spice.
Serrano Cowboy Candy- Serrano peppers- 20,000-30,000 Scoville units of spice.
Killer Cowboy Candy- Habanero and Jalapeno- 275,000-300,000 Scoville units of spice.
Other Items- Homemade Marinated mushrooms, Handmade Bacon Baked Beans, Carmel-Apple Coffee
