Maria was born in Southern Italy where she and her family lived off the land that was passed on from generation to generation. It was here that her appreciation of Artisan food first inspired her. After many years in the corporate world, her childhood nostalgia and chef husband pulled her into the culinary business.
Victor started his passion in the culinary arts at a young age working in the family bakery business. Victor earned a culinary degree from Johnson and Wales University and has over 35 years of experience. Through the years he has perfected his skill in the restaurant world ranging from fine dining and upscale hotels to Culinary Director of large restaurant groups. He is well versed in cuisines from around the world and his accolades include: 1995 was a featured chef for the James Beard Foundation. Member of the Chaine de Rotisseurs since 2007 and has had the honor to cook for many high profile personas, celebrities' and athletes through his career.
In addition to our menu we also have a platter menu. Keep in mind the menu on our web site is not all we offer. If there are special request please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
We pride ourselves on the quality of ingredients we use:
>we make all our sauces in house and use high quality plum tomatoes that have been vine ripened and have a very low acid content
>chicken is always fresh, we never use any frozen or processed fingers and cutlets.
>fish we feature for specials is purchase from the fish market and served the same day.
>we roast our own turkey breast and pork for pulled pork.
>our cheese steak is cut from Black Angus Beef.
>our pasta is imported from Italy and the Gnocchi are made in house.
